Rosanne den Drijver Gets Opportunity in Italian Formula 4 at Monza

WESTLAND / MONZA, ITALY: Rosanne den Drijver has taken another important step in her motorsport career. The 17 year old Captain Cruise driver has been invited by Maffi Racing to compete in the third round of the Italian Formula 4 Championship, which will take place at the iconic Monza circuit from 19 to 21 June.

INVITATION FOLLOWING STRONG PERFORMANCES

The invitation follows her impressive performances in the Nordic4 Championship earlier this season. Den Drijver attracted considerable attention with a series of strong results, highlighted by a victory at the Gelleråsen circuit in Sweden. These achievements have established her as one of the young talents to watch in international Formula 4.

With the support of a growing network of companies from the Westland region, including Biersteker, she can continue developing and competing at this level.

OPPORTUNITY TO COMPETE AGAINST EUROPE’S BEST

Competing at Monza gives Den Drijver an excellent opportunity to measure herself against some of Europe’s leading young drivers. The Italian Formula 4 Championship is widely regarded as one of the strongest and most competitive junior categories in motorsport.

For talented young drivers, the championship represents an important stepping stone towards the highest levels of international motorsport. Companies from the region, including Rainbow Growers, are also helping to support her development.

LARGE AND HIGHLY COMPETITIVE FIELD

Den Drijver will compete at the legendary circuit, renowned for its high speeds and long straights, in a field of almost fifty drivers. Only six of the competitors are female, underlining the unique nature of her position within international motorsport.

LOOKING AHEAD

For Den Drijver, competing at Monza represents not only a major sporting challenge, but also an important opportunity to demonstrate her ability at a higher level.

Alongside this step into a more competitive international field, she will continue racing in the Nordic4 Championship, where she will build on her Formula 4 experience throughout the remainder of the season. She can continue to rely on the support of her partners, including ProTech Westland, who are helping to make her progress towards the international stage possible.

With her appearance at Monza, Den Drijver hopes to take another step towards her ultimate goal: securing a place in the F1 Academy and progressing further within international motorsport.
